Viola Alessi

Viola Alessi began her classical dance studies in 2008, continuing until 2016 at the school “Il Portale della Danza” (Castelnuovo di Porto) under the guidance of teachers Gioia Guida and Gianna Beduschi. Since 2016 she has been admitted to the third academic course of Balletto di Roma School, obtaining her diploma in the eighth course. In 2023 she continued her training by entering the Professional Training Course (CAP) at Balletto di Roma. In 2024 she continued her contemporary training, taking part in extra workshops and projects with national and international choreographers and teachers. In August and September 2024 she participated in the “Dance Screen in the Land” festival, promoted by Canova 22 Association with the project “Gli Stati dell’Acqua”, choreography by Valerio Longo, presented at the Church of San Nicola dei Caetani in the Appia Antica Archaeological Park and at Borgo Acqua Paola in Bracciano. In November 2024 she took part in the project “La Follia” by Chiara Ameglio, while the following month she participated in “Dance and Visual Arts” workshop curated by Emanuela Tagliavia. In 2025 she debuted at Teatro Regio di Parma with Balletto di Roma Company in the production “Otello” by F. Monteverde and in Ravenna (National Première), with “La Dernière Danse?” by Micha Van Hoecke, curated by Miki Matsuse. Viola will also take part in the China Tour 2025.
